Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Mandaluyong or Cebu
Shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM (Monday-Friday)
Work Arrangement: Onsite but can consider WFH

Responsibilities
• Work directly with executive team on forecasting and profitability analysis for multiple companies, primarily Real Estate.
• Develop and maintain confidential models to monitor business performance, and provide executives with insights into risks and opportunities
• Models to include both stand-alone properties and a combined view of all companies’ holdings

Required skills and qualifications
• Experience working as a financial analyst/financial modeling. Ideally 5 years or more CPA and/or CFA license and/or master's degree
• Proficiency with financial software and tools – Excel and Accounting Software
• Knowledge of statistical analysis processes
• Outstanding communication, reporting, and presentation skills using PowerPoint
